Wates Property Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation across Herefordshire, including Hereford and Ledbury.
You will manage planned works within occupied properties, coordinating site managers, supply chain partners and residents, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, a driving licence, and a track record in PV/ASHP/window projects.
