Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will lead initiatives that require expert coordination across Technology, Product, and broader business operations. You will operate on the project delivery side of the department, navigating a mix of project scales and managing the intersection of structured governance and Agile growth.

• Lead the delivery of complex, large‑scale technical initiatives, comfortably balancing a mix of project scales to ensure successful outcomes.
• Own and manage structured delivery plans (Waterfall / APM), maintaining tight control over scope, timelines, and quality while operating within Agile environments.
• Work in close partnership with Technology teams, requiring a strong understanding of modern engineering environments and how iterative software practices impact project timelines.

• Take full ownership of project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget control.
• Maintain strong governance, providing consistent and transparent reporting on progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and sequencing for a smooth delivery flow across internal teams and third‑party vendors.

• Proactively drive early‑stage discovery phases and up‑funnel planning, transforming ambiguous business challenges into structured, technically feasible project tracks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early, maintaining delivery momentum across complex, multi‑team work streams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across Technology, Product, and broader business teams.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure delivery is well‑sequenced and aligned with product and business strategy.
• Help redesign how delivery projects run, establishing and shaping new ways of working and department processes from the ground up.
• Mentorship:
  Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentorship to another Project Manager, helping to build a consistent, high‑performing delivery culture across the team.

• Project Delivery Expertise: A proven track record of setting up and running complex, end‑to‑end technical projects. You can demonstrate exactly how you establish project frameworks and maintain tight control over scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Varied Industry
