Production Operative Yazor Road

Do you want to earn a minimum of £505 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Yazor site in Hereford!

Full training is provided – no experience necessary.

• £12.21 per hour
• Additional £0.42 shift allowance per hour
• 28 days holiday allowance (for a full year)

40 hours per week – rotational shift pattern: 05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00, Monday to Friday.

So you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas. You’ll manufacture short shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for dispatch.
• Labelling and grading of products.
• Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience with in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• It is essential that you do not own any avian pets or poultry (due to bird welfare).
