About the Role

• £13.15 per hour plus shift allowance £1.23

The Despatch operative will be responsible for the smooth transition of our product from production lines, ensuring availability for outloads.

• Assist with goods, scanning and storing products and raw materials
• Wrap, scan and palletise products
• Issue products to production teams to match production plans
• Manual handling which may include lifting equipment and products up to 20 kg
• Load and unload vehicles using manual handling equipment
• Carry out all duties in line with training, food safety and health and safety guidance

• Good level of numeracy & communication
• Effective organisation & time management
• Basic Manual Handling & Food Hygiene desirable
• Forklift licence desirable
• Due to Bird Welfare, it is essential that you do not own any avian pets or poultry
