Are you ambitious and thrive on Process Improvements with a background as a Project Engineer, Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, NPI, CI or similar? This role offers technical training, career progression into management and the opportunity to launch a brand new production facility within a close-knit team of over 70 employees.

• Lead compliance with Production legislation, Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Implement, manage and continuously improve production standards across the manufacturing line.
• Oversee exciting projects and have a crucial impact on their success as the new facility launches.
• Progress into a manufacturing management position through excellent training and support.
