Welder Fabricator

Fabricator / Welder Temporary to Permanent Location - Pontefract £17.00 £ 18.50/hour (DOE)  Overtime We are looking for an experienced, apprentice-trained Fabricator/Welderto join our growing team in Pontefract. This role is initially temporary, with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. This is not a production welding role were looking for someone who can fabricate, assemble, and assist with installation of automatic industrial gates and associated steelwork.

The Role Fabrication and assembly of automatic gates and bespoke steelwork MIG welding to a high standard Working from engineering drawings Workshop-based with some on-site installation work

What Were Looking For Apprentice-trained and qualified Fabricator/Welder Proven fabrication experience (not just production welding) Valid CSCS card (essential) Ability to work independently and maintain high standards Clean driving licence preferred Pay & Benefits £17.00 £ 18.50 per hour (depending on experience and ability) Overtime after 45 hours : 1.33x (midweek) Weekend overtime: 1.5x Opportunity to secure a permanent position Higher rates considered for candidates with strong site experience or gate/automation background.
