TEMP TO PERM ROLE

We are recruiting for PROCESS OPERATIVES for our client in Hereford, a global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing.

The role offers immediate start, with training provided and opportunities for career progression. The position is a continental shift role.

• Machine setting and operation
• Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
• Supporting preventative maintenance activities
• Ensuring the site is kept secure at all times
• Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
• Relaying to management any problems or opportunities as they arise

• Permanent position after a successful trial period
• Training and development
• Overtime available at Time and a Half
• 3‑week shift pattern of days and nights averaging 39 hours per week
• Days: 7am‑7pm (Monday to Friday);
  Nights: 7pm‑7am (Monday to Friday)
• Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour, £20.97 per hour for overtime hours over the standard weekly shift
• Paid annual leave pro‑rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Online payslips, weekly pay and pension contribution
• On‑going assignments
