Production Operative

Location: Hereford
Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating Day Shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm 10:00pm

TLP Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Hereford for a Production Operative to join their growing team.

The role involves working across various stages of the production and galvanizing process, ensuring products are handled safely and meet the highest quality standards.

• Receive and check incoming materials against delivery documentation.
• Inspect materials to ensure they meet pre-process quality standards.
• Safely unload deliveries and correctly store and identify materials.
• Prepare and load materials onto jigs for processing, maximising capacity while maintaining safe working practices.
• Unload and inspect materials following the galvanizing process.
• Weigh, count, stack, and organise finished products within the yard.
• Load outgoing vehicles, checking materials and quantities against delivery notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
