Production Operative – Extrusion Machinery (Machine Minding)
Location: Hereford
Shifts: 3 shift Rotating weekly – 6:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–10:00pm & 10pm till 6am
£12.71-£14.24ph
Are you a reliable and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Production Operatives to operate and mind extrusion machinery in our busy Hereford facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members on a rotating shift pattern
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and team-working skills
