Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Herefordshire and as a result of business growth, they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. This role will take responsibility for the organisations marketing plan, it’s delivery as well as managing a small team of Marketing Assistants and Coordinators.

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing physical solutions
• 2+ years’ experience in management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstratable experience working with, and managing external service providers
• Previous experience marketing physical products and solutions

• Work alongside the leadership and marketing team to develop and implement a marketing plan
• Oversee all marketing activity across a range of channels
• Manage website content and ensure that organic SEO improves
• Monitor wider industry activity and trends
• Oversee PPC campaigns with agencies to ensure that results are optimised
• Manage all organic social media channels
• Provide monthly marketing reports to the senior leadership team with insights on how to continuously improve

On offer for this Marketing Manager opportunity is a salary between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on skill level and experience, plus benefits and a performance based bonus.
