MandM is seeking a Head of Customer Engagement to lead CRM strategy, email planning, and Bloomreach partnerships across markets. You’ll direct content strategy to optimise the customer journey, with a focus on data-led improvements and personalized, timely communications.
You will mentor a high-performing team, support international markets, and implement rigorous KPI tracking to continually optimise performance. This hybrid role reports to Marketing leadership in Hereford.
