Position: Assistant Manager Up To £35K & Tonc (£8K) & Bonus (£6k)
Assistant / Duty Manager – Join Our High-Energy Team! Calling all fun-loving, hands-on leaders! We’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Duty Manager ready to step in, support the team, and help keep our restaurant buzzing. If you’ve got energy, a positive attitude, and a love for great food and great vibes, we want YOU.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £32,000–£40,000 + TRONC, plus perks like free meals, staff events, and career progression as part of our exciting expansion plans.
What You’ll Do  
Lead from the front:
Be a hands-on leader, supporting your team, keeping energy high, and making sure service flows smoothly.
Opening & Closing:
Take charge of openings and closes to ensure the restaurant is ready for action and locked down properly.
Deliver Great Service:
Ensure every guest has an amazing experience – friendly, fast, and fun!
Keep Things Running:
Jump in wherever needed to solve problems, maintain pace, and keep the team motivated.
Develop the Team:
Support, coach, and inspire your colleagues, helping them grow and succeed.  What We’re Looking For  
Experience in restaurant management (branded chains or busy independent restaurants) is preferred.
Passion for creating a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate your team.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go.
