About the Role

If so, this could be the job for you. Sense is currently recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to work 7.5 hours per week at our shop in Hereford on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join our team and work in our network of over 120 shops as we continue our exciting shop growth programme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire an enthusiastic team of volunteers.
- Drive delivery of shop standards, operational and customer service excellence.
- Build, train and inspire a great team of volunteers.
- Deliver superb shop standards, offer and customer engagement.
- Drive stock generation and community engagement.
- Self‑motivated, creative, a great communicator and positively committed to working in charity retail.
- Experience of inspiring a team to provide excellent customer service.
- An eye for detail that will ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers, staff and volunteers.
- Experience of working in a retail environment or within a team leader position.
- Willingness to work Bank Holidays and weekends as required, with flexibility to work across 7 days of the week.
