Pay: £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, a night premium of £2.35 per hour applies.

New colleagues will receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

• Serve and support shoppers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in the picking and replenishment areas across the store.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and ensure store routines meet their needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor store performance, reduce waste and shrinkage, and help deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts before 6:15 am and after 9:45 pm, and in various store areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine and spirit counters, bakery and driving roles.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver a great shopping experience.
• Good organisational and decision‑making skills.
