As Department Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Store Manager in leading, developing and motivating a high performing team
Driving exceptional customer service standards throughout the store
Delivering sales performance and supporting overall store profitability
Maintaining strong brand standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
Working towards and achieving store and company KPIs
Monitoring trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunity
