Role
The store manager serves as the brand ambassador and is responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will lead the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, guiding them in creating memorable experiences for customers.
What to expect from the role- Support and motivate the in-store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve the store’s targets, identifying and maximizing opportunities to meet and surpass KPIs while setting an example in exemplary customer service.
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the team, and ensuring back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
- Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential with support from the regional sales manager.
- Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a store.
- A passion for fostering a culture of exemplary customer service.
- Understanding of the importance of Pandora’s local and global business strategy and the ability to translate this into store, regional, and division KPIs.
- Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to capitalize on opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
- A positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
- A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
