Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in HR2 7XS
. You will be part of a field-based retail merchandising team working primarily within The Entertainer concession in Tesco.

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Hereford.

Confirmed working hours:
6. Monday 08:00‑09:00, Thursday 08:00‑12:00, Saturday 16:00‑17:00. Plus ad hoc work as agreed.

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well‑stocked.
• Know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out and share that knowledge with your team.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance; implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via our feedback application.

• Experience or passion for merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Comfortable with manual handling; able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you will be paid extra).
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
