Entain in Hereford is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service within our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will support the shop team and drive high standards daily.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, process cash transactions, demonstrate products, handle complaints with empathy, and work toward targets while keeping the shop well presented. Typical rota is 20 hours weekly.
