Recruitment Consultant

We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our centrally based office in Hereford.

You will be sourcing candidates and securing your own clients. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who have been through the same process as you.

A basic starting salary, with view to earn up to £50k a year, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put it will be directly reflected in your take home pay. We also regularly run incentives including trips abroad, lunches, and vouchers!

ITS are continually expanding our business and have been for the last 50 years, we now have 21 offices nationwide. We always look to promote from within and there is plenty of opportunity for progression and with our constant expansion, there is a real chance for you to be running your own office eventually!
