We’re looking for confident, motivated Telesales Executives to join our outbound B2B sales team.

You’ll be speaking directly to business owners, creating opportunities for our Directors to discuss valuations, exit plans, and sale strategies.

You’ll need to be comfortable on the phone, quick to build rapport, and able to turn curiosity into conversation.

This is a genuine chance to earn well, learn fast, and work in a professional, upbeat environment, which offers a progression plan.

• Prospect and engage business owners and decision-makers via outbound calls and email.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for our Associate Director team.
• Manage your own pipeline through Hub Spot CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
• Contribute to a high-performing, supportive sales culture.

• Previous outbound B2B or B2C telesales experience (1 year+ preferred).
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and commercially minded.
• Confident speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Target-driven with a genuine hunger to earn and progress.

• £25,000K basic salary (uncapped and achievable bonus’ OTE £32,000)
