Our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Herefordshire, is looking to appoint a dedicated Vehicle Parts Advisor. As a Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for trade and retail customers, providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and remotely. Your role, as a Parts Advisor, will encompass parts sales, stock management, and ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfilment of parts orders. Working within a friendly and professional aftersales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the dealership’s operations.

- Ensure accurate identification, picking, and dispatch of parts orders
- Carry out parts stock control and manage parts inventory
- Provide parts to vehicle technicians in the workshop
- Maintain a high standard of customer service via face-to-face contact, email, and phone
- Use electronic parts catalogues efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall workshop operations
- Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Parts Advisor within an automotive environment
- Experience with commercial vehicle parts is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational and IT skills, with proficiency in electronic parts catalogue systems
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work methodically and efficiently in a busy environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
