Platform Property Care is looking for an experienced multi‑skill trades plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team and help maintain and improve homes across Herefordshire.

The role is varied; no two days are the same, and you will meet a wide range of customers. It is a challenging task and our expectations are high, but you will be supported by a great team.

As a team player you will be hard‑working, keen to learn, and able to maintain a can‑do attitude. You will work in customers’ homes and must therefore be friendly, approachable, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. You should also be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right the first time.

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
• Experience as a plumber in the building trade (plumber or multi‑skilled plumber)
• Experience working for a social landlord, housing association or council
• Desirable associated trade skills (basic carpentry, plaster patching, wall tiling)
• Experience of delivering multi‑trade work
• Good organisational skills
• Experience of keeping jobs on track
• Drive to complete works quickly and efficiently
• Full driving licence
• DBS check required (as you will be working within customers' homes)

There is an opportunity to earn additional income by working on the out‑of‑hours rota as required.

This role is based in Herefordshire, so you must be able to live in the area.
