* Manage a varied caseload, using professional judgement to make informed decisions in complex situations.
* Ensure the voice of the child is central to all assessments, planning, and interventions.

Essential Requirements:
• Degree/master’s in social work and SWE registration.
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
