Herefordshire Council is recruiting a Safeguarding & Review Manager (Independent Reviewing Officer) to lead independent scrutiny of care plans and chair statutory reviews in Herefordshire and across the county with flexible and hybrid working.
You will work with children, families and professionals to secure permanence and positive outcomes, ensuring children's voices inform decision‑making. A strong senior social work background and experience as an IRO or in Children’s Services are essential.
