Herefordshire Council is seeking a permanent Family Group Decision Making Coordinator in Hereford. The role focuses on safeguarding, enabling families to lead decision‑making while ensuring the child’s voice remains central.
You will build relationships with families, coordinate conferences, and work with social workers and partners to embed family‑led decision making across the journey, maintaining records and contributing to quality assurance.
