Herefordshire Council is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities team in Herefordshire. You will assess needs, coordinate multi-agency support and help families secure services that enable children to thrive while safeguarding vulnerable young people.
The role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, relocation assistance up to £10,000, and a market-rate supplement of £5,000 on top of the salary. You’ll be part of an inclusive team committed to excellence.
