Herefordshire Council is recruiting a part-time Family Group Decision Making Coordinator to support families in making their own plans. The role requires neutral, independent facilitation to ensure the child’s voice remains central.
You will work with children, young people, parents and wider networks to develop sustainable plans, while collaborating with social workers and partners to embed restorative decision making across the Families First journey.
