Herefordshire Council is seeking a Family Group Decision Making Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role sits in the Families First journey to empower families to create and own their plans, while safeguarding children’s voices at the heart of decisions.
You will build trusting relationships, coordinate meetings, and work across social workers and partner agencies to embed restorative, strengths-based practice across Herefordshire. This is a collaborative, people-centred opportunity.
