Herefordshire Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Family Help locality team in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. You will deliver a range of support and intervention services to promote wellbeing and safety for children, families, and looked-after scenarios.
You will assess needs, identify risks, and develop tailored Family Help Plans while working with partner agencies to ensure coordinated multi-agency support.
