At Landau, we don't just support people – we champion them.
We're a charity made up of people who believe that every achievement matters. The big ones, like gaining a qualification or securing employment. And the small ones, like building confidence, overcoming a barrier, or believing in yourself for the first time. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while working alongside a talented, supportive team that shares the same passion for helping others succeed.
Whether you're supporting learning, wellbeing, behaviour, inclusion, employability, or personal development, you'll be part of a charity that's creating opportunities and changing lives across our communities.
With ongoing training, CPD opportunities, and a culture built on teamwork, encouragement, and support, Landau is a place where both the people we support and the people who work here can thrive.
