HGV Class 1 Driver (Days) – Immediate Starts – Hereford

Pure Staff are recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver for the following role.

• Days:
  Monday to Friday £18.50 per hour
• Weekends:
  Monday to Friday £21.50 per hour

Your hourly pay rate is £18.50. You will accrue £2.35 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid when you take annual leave. This ensures drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work, as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

We require HGV Class 1 Drivers immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in distributing alcoholic beverages across the UK. Our customer in Hereford is one of our largest clients and is well known for treating their drivers well.

The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver will have –

• A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving Licence
• At least 6 months of experience (essential for this role)
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)
• Shift lengths in keeping with tachograph law – up to 10–12 hours per shift on average
