Class 1 HGV Night Driver

Overview

As a Class 1 HGV Night Driver based in Hereford, you will operate trunk runs to a central hub from Sunday to Thursday nights, with no handball involved. This full-time, temporary position pays £19.00 per hour and is ideal for drivers seeking consistent night work. The role focuses purely on driving, offering straightforward routes and ongoing shifts. • Collecting and delivering goods using a Class 1 (C
  
  E) vehicle
• Completing delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following all road transport and health & safety regulations

• A full UK Class 1 (Category C
  
  E) driving licence
• A valid CPC qualification card
• A valid Digital Tachograph card
• A positive, professional, and reliable attitude
• A team-focused approach with pride in maintaining vehicle standards
• No more than 9 penalty points for minor endorsements
• Age 21 or over (for insurance purposes)

• £19.00 per hour (exclusive of holiday pay)
