• Coordinating customers and assisting in the safe loading of customer vehicles as part of shunting duties.
• Liaising with customers in person and over the phone to support the smooth execution of delivery operations.
• Master the art of load security with ratchet straps and part manual handling, ensuring every delivery is safe and secure.
• Keep in constant contact with the transport team, offering updates on your progress and ensuring our customers' expectations are consistently met.
• Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices, continuously improving your skills.

• Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to take on the open road with confidence.
• Previous Shunter experience is desirable.
• Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared.

• Have excellent geographical knowledge, navigating routes with ease and precision.
