What You’ll Be Doing

As a Workshop Support Operative, you’ll be at the center of workshop activity:

  • Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Emptying bins and ensuring waste is correctly sorted and disposed of
  • Wrapping completed timber‑frame panels ready for storage and delivery
  • Preparing and organizing materials for the production team
  • Moving materials and products safely around the workshop
  • Supporting stock control and keeping storage areas organized
  • Assisting the production team with general workshop duties
  • Following all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling tasks

  • Previous workshop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience (not essential)
