Die Schweizerische Südostbahn AG sucht eine motivierte Person für die dreijährige Ausbildung zur Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann öV EFZ mit Schwerpunkt Kundenberatung. Du arbeitest an den Standorten Herisau und Wattwil und hast direkten Kundenkontakt.
Zu deinen zentralen Tätigkeiten gehören der Verkauf von Abonnements, Billetten und Ausflugsreisen, Unterstützung beim Billettkauf via App oder Ticketautomat und kompetente Beratung rund um Reisen.
