The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. In the Ebnet house, right in the centre of Herisau, there are 48 rooms or apartments spread over three floors. The proximity to the village centre enables diverse relationships inside and outside the house.

• You take responsibility for the professional and personnel management of a team of around 29 employees.
• Together with your team, you ensure that the approximately 45 residents feel safe, comfortable and  doing so, you ensure professional care and a high standard of care quality.
• You lead and support your team in daily care, are present as a contact person and occasionally actively participate in daily care.
• You maintain an appreciative collaboration and are the contact person for relatives, internal and external specialist offices as well as hospitality services.
• You contribute your ideas and experience and actively help shape the further development of our family-like residential area.

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• You bring experience in long-term care, are familiar with the RAI LTCF instrument and are confident in using IT tools.
• You have solid leadership experience and wish to take on responsibility for a team in the future. Until the current team leader retires at the end of 2027, we ensure a gradual and comprehensive introduction.
• You work independently, reliably and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You treat elderly people with respect and empathy and convince through team spirit, openness and a positive attitude.
