Car Biller – Luther Automotive Group, Duluth, MN
Full‑time position with competitive hourly rate of $22‑$25/hr.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Car Biller to support our newly acquired Subaru store. The role requires accurate recording of vehicle deals, timely reconciliation of vehicle receivables, and collaboration with the finance team.
Responsibilities- Record car deals into the accounting system
- Reconcile vehicle receivables and schedule reconciliation
- Meet time‑sensitive deadlines as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controller
- Prior dealership experience preferred
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening that includes a criminal background check, a motor vehicle records review, and verification of the social security number.
