At Smart Solution Architecture (SSARC), we’re passionate about creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. Based in the beautiful town of Hermanus, we work on exciting projects across the Western Cape.
SSARC is focused on delivering high-quality designs that make a real impact. We’re looking for a motivated Candidate Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist with 1-2 years of experience to join the team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Lumion or Twinmotion
- SACAP registration is required
- 1-2 years of experience
- Assisting in preparing detailed construction documents and specifications
- Collaborating with senior architectural professionals throughout various project stages
- Great communication skills to assist in managing project deadlines within a team setting
- A solid understanding of building regulations and construction standards (SANS 10400)
- Must be willing to be based in Hermanus
- Own transport and a valid driver's license
Preference will be given to applicants from the Western Cape.
