What are we looking for?

• An appropriate academic and professional education qualification from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience in teaching Coding and Robotics.
• Ability to teach Coding and Robotics for Grades 4 to 7.
• Ability to teach English and Afrikaans classes.
• Ability to coach Esports as an extra mural activity.
• Current SACE registration.
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT, Coding, and Robotics.
• A clear criminal record.

The responsibilities are:

• Plan, control, record, and report on assessments.
• Attend meetings, forums, and workshops for the grades/phase as required.
• Create an educational atmosphere in the classroom.
• Take responsibility for school equipment and stock of the class.
• Work closely with teachers in the grades/phase to ensure effective operation.
• Manage, plan, assist, and promote teaching and learning within the class.
• Manage, plan, assist, and promote activities (sport and culture) within the school.
• Manage, plan, assist, and promote discipline within the grades/phase.
• Assist with sport and other admin duties as needed.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the school's values and ethos.

The successful candidate will start on 05 May to 31 August 2025.
