Store Manager Opportunity – Hermanus, Western Cape

Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in Hermanus. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail, confident in driving sales performance, and skilled in managing day‑to‑day store operations.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or management role (experience in tech/electronics retail is advantageous)
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on management style
• Commercially driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of store operations, stock control, and team performance management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of all functions
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and customer experience
• Manage stock levels, shrinkage, and reporting
