We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with current professional standards and departmental policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans
• Providing therapeutic interventions and evaluating patient progress
• Delegating and coordinating tasks with supportive staff
• Supervising and instructing aides, volunteers, and students as needed
• Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation in patient records
• Serving as an advocate for patient needs and safety

Floating Policy:
Agency clinicians may be floated to other departments where they are qualified to provide patient care before core staff is floated.
