Healthcare Nursing, Physical Therapy
Embark on a meaningful journey as a Physical Therapist dedicated to restoring function and confidence for patients across Oregon and beyond. In this specialty-focused role, you will blend hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re‑education, and patient education to help individuals reclaim mobility after injury, surgery, or neurological events. You will assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans within a collaborative care model, track progress with objective measures, and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
This opportunity begins November 25, 2025, in Hermiston, Oregon, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a competitive weekly pay range of $2,785–$2,925.
Hermiston sits in eastern Oregon at the crossroads of rivers, farms, and forested landscapes, offering a high‑desert climate, easy access to outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community with a strong sense of local pride. Here, you can enjoy nearby parks, trails, and seasonal events that make after‑work life vibrant and restorative. For therapists seeking broader horizons, the program also offers the chance to work across multiple locations in the United States, expanding your clinical exposure and networking with diverse multidisciplinary teams.
Across assignments, you’ll have opportunities to experience urban amenities, regional cuisine, and family‑friendly neighborhoods, all while maintaining the reliable schedule you value.
As a Physical Therapist in this role, you’ll evaluate function, design and implement individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, coach patients through gait and balance retraining, and apply evidence‑based modalities to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore independence. You’ll document progress, communicate with physicians and care teams, and contribute to program development within the specialty, with room to advance toward advanced certifications and specialized areas of practice.
We emphasize competitive benefits, including a signing bonus and housing assistance to ease transition to new assignments, plus extension opportunities that let you deepen your expertise in a given site or rotate to new ones as your interests evolve. You’ll have comprehensive 24/7 support from our dedicated clinical and logistical teams as you move between assignments, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate scheduling.
A robust orientation and ongoing mentorship help you sharpen clinical skills and stay aligned with the latest best practices in physical therapy, while regular feedback sessions guide your professional growth and career trajectory.
Our mission is to empower staff to reach higher levels of clinical excellence while cultivating a supportive, collaborative work environment. We champion autonomy within a secure framework that encourages professional development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient‑centered care. Our culture centers on respect, transparency, and accountability, with a clear path for career advancement whether you prefer deepening your clinical expertise, pursuing leadership roles, or expanding into teaching and program leadership within the organization.
You will join colleagues who celebrate diversity, mentor one another, and share a commitment to delivering high‑quality rehabilitation services in a way that honors each patient’s goals and dignity.
