MHS III - B11 ($67,500 - $101,200 annually, DOE; Exempt - Masters Required)
DescriptionProvides culturally competent and appropriate monitoring, security and supervision services for individuals under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). May also provide mental health assessments, therapy, and case management. Works closely with community partners and other agencies to meet the behavioral health needs of the community. Supports administration in achieving mission and values of CCS.

The Forensics Manager.
Supervision Exercised:
This position does not supervise other employees.
- Provide monitoring, security, and supervision for PSRB individuals, both community-based and residential.
- Offer limited screening, individual and group therapy, case management consultation, and other allowed clinical services.
- Participate in joint case planning and coordination with agency employees and contractors; act as liaison and advocate.
- Attend group and individual supervision sessions.
- Collaborate with staff and community representatives to initiate or revise programs.
- Coordinate behavioral health services with schools, group homes, police, D.A., courts, clinics, hospitals, and Department of Human Services agencies.
- Provide behavioral health and addiction education to interest groups.
- Assist clinicians in facilitating groups as requested.
- Deliver after‑hours emergency services on a 24‑hour rotating basis, including phone consultation and crisis intervention.
- Initiate holds, conduct civil commitment investigations, and collaborate with hospitals and case workers during the civil commitment process.
- Complete paperwork promptly and in accordance with OARs and guidelines.
- Attend training, meetings, and conferences to benefit the agency and customers.
- Use agency software to maintain current client records and reports.
- Transport clients as required (limited basis).
- Administer urinalysis forms, provide information, observe, and record results.
- Report abuse, complete investigations, and develop safety plans.
- Perform any other assigned responsibilities.
MHS IV:
Doctorate in social work, psychology, or other accredited human service field required; alternatively a master’s degree with certification as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
MHS III:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human service field required.
Master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology, or related human service field is required.
CertificationsQMHP certification.

Must pass all criminal history check requirements under ORS 181.536‑181.537 and OAR 410‑007‑0200 through 410‑007‑0380. Employees, volunteers, and contractors undergo monthly checks against OIG and GSA exclusion lists and other federal/state agency lists. Exclusion or sanction results in immediate termination.
Personal Auto InsuranceMust hold a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance for privately owned vehicles used for CCS business. Proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and $100,000 or more for property damage is required throughout employment. Employee insurance is primary; CCS insurance secondary. CCS reserves the right to deny use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
