Electrical Construction Project Manager

Thispositionfor Project Managertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectricalneeds , from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal and contract management.

Responsibilities include:

• Project planning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure
• Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports
• Detailed take-offandestimatingforelectricalservice, tenant improvement,lightcommercialandlightindustrialwork
• Marketing&buildingprofitablejobs
• Decisionmakingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance
• Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions
• Interfacingwithcontractors,vendors,andin-house operations
• Coordinateanddirectworkforce
• Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture

• 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred
• DDC/Building Automation controls experience required
• Priorexperiencewithdesign/build,preferred
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods
• Demonstratedabilitytoread,understand,andwritecontracts
• Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals
• McCormick estimating software experience preferred or other estimating software
• Strongcomputerskills–Excel,Word,estimating software(Con Estaplus)
• Excellent people,communicationandnegotiatingskills

Salary range for this position is $105,000-$155,000 annually.

Opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus.
