Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift position in rural Northeast Oregon requiring an active OR RN license and relevant certifications.

• Work in a modern hospital setting on a Med/Surg unit
• Cares for both adult and pediatric patients
• Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week
• Requires working every other weekend
• Team includes two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician
• Possible floating to other qualified departments before core staff is floated
• Position is in a newly built, modern facility
• First time travelers will be considered
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified

• Active OR RN license
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
