Assistant Director of Nursing – Regency Pacific Management

Hermiston, OR

• Responsible for the delivery of nursing services, including planning, implementing, and evaluating each resident’s care plan to maximize quality of life and care while respecting resident rights; oversee residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and skill mix to maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for each resident, meeting state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain facility compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations; protect resident and staff information in accordance with legal requirements.
• Develop and evaluate resident care goals and policies with the healthcare team and Executive Director, reviewing logs and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Manage the department budget and report financial concerns to the Executive Director.
• Observe, mentor, and train new and current staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on facility programs, policies, and procedures; hold staff accountable for assigned duties.

• RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR with BLS certification.
• Minimum of two years working in geriatric nursing, with experience in medication administration, delivery systems, and pharmacies.

Hourly rate $55–$60 based on experience. Sign‑on / Relocation Bonus Offered.
