Overview

Good Shepherd Hiring: CRNA Opportunity – All-CRNA Group in Eastern Oregon

Location: Centrally located between Boise, , Portland, OR, and Spokane, WA.

Position: CRNA Needed Due to Group Expansion and Growth at Good Shepherd Health Care System's Community Hospital.

Job Description: Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking two experienced CRNAs to join our established and collegial all-CRNA group in Eastern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA desiring full scope of practice with a solid, experienced team. The group has been growing, and we're now looking to add two more CRNAs to meet the increasing demand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care including neuraxial anesthesia/analgesia, peripheral nerve blocks, central lines, and other critical care procedures.
  • Cover a range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Occasional labor epidurals, airway management, central lines, and ER/ICU consults.
  • Work in a high-volume, dynamic clinical setting with an all-CRNA team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: base $300,000 with potential total annual compensation up to $385,000+ (including base and incentives).
  • Call compensation: $1,500 per weekday and $2,500 per weekend day.
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 403b/457 retirement accounts with employer contributions and matching.
  • Yearly performance metrics bonus up to 5% of total compensation.
  • 12 weeks of paid time off annually.
  • Post-call day off; time worked for rare coverage paid at callback rate.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proficient in neuraxial anesthesia/analgesia, peripheral nerve blocks (PNBs), central lines, and other critical care procedures.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, dynamic clinical setting.
