New Home Sales Agent

Work onsite in our sales center, love your job, and sell beautiful new homes in a desirable community.

This is a long-term new home sales position for an experienced salesperson and/or licensed real estate broker. All new Monte Vista Homes are sold through our sales team with commissions paid on each sale. We are one of the area’s most successful new home builders. We develop new home communities, and we will be building hundreds of new award-winning affordable homes in the local area.

Hermiston, Oregon, is located in the Columbia Basin, which is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state and one of the best agricultural areas in the USA. The region is experiencing high job growth, with both Opportunity Zones and Enterprise zones attracting new business, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Amazon has also chosen the area as home for 30+ data centers.

We are looking for the right candidate interested in long-term success.

Compensation: 100% Commission

• We are seeking a tech-savvy, skilled sales professional with excellent communication skills, a great attitude, driven by success, and a desire for a high income!
• Our agents are trained in new home sales and continually earn six-figure incomes.
• 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 were all record-setting years for new home sales, and the forecast for  is outstanding.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of sales experience.
• The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is required.
