• Lead and close new‑home sales, guiding buyers through the process.
• Develop skills through continuous training on products and market.

• Two base salary options: $10,000 (higher commission) or $43,000 (lower commission).
• Typical first‑year earnings $60,000–$80,000+ with fast commission turnarounds.
