Project Superintendent

As a key player, you'll oversee projects valued between $10 million and $50 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals, including estimators, project managers, and construction managers, all committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Creating timescales and detailed scheduling
• Understanding costs and resources needed to deliver a project
• Following the plans for the project to achieve each stage of the project
• Communicating with staff at every level
• Reporting daily and regularly on progress with the Project Manager
• Resolving any issues or delays
• Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
• Travel will be required for this position within Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio

• Proven experience as a Superintendent
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management principles
• Proficient in understanding and reading blueprints
• Proficient in Survey and Layout
• OSHA Safety and Required Certifications
• Familiarity with construction/management software, including Pro Core
• Outstanding communication
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities reporting to the Project Manager
• Strong background in General Construction
